Duties and taxes

• For European destinations covered as DDP by our logistics partner, duties and taxes are included.
• In other cases, local customs duties or taxes may be requested by destination authorities.

Returns and refunds

• For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare/cosmetic products are not eligible for return.
• If your item is damaged or incorrect on delivery, contact us quickly with supporting photos.
• Any shipping issue or conformity claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted depending on the reason.
