Yes, these formulas are already loved by millions of women in Europe and the West. They are especially valued for their gentleness and the absence of common irritants (alcohol, strong synthetic fragrances). If your skin is very reactive or you have known allergies, please check each product's full INCI list — available on every product page — before use.

Korean packaging uses two key terms:

• 제조 (jejo) = manufacturing date
• 까지 (kkaji) = use-by date

The format is generally YYYY.MM.DD. An unopened product typically keeps for 2 to 3 years. Once opened, refer to the PAO symbol (the small open jar with a number and the letter M) indicating the period of use in months after opening.

Yes. Our products are sourced via Korealy, a platform specialising in authentic Korean brands, with an authenticity guarantee across the entire catalogue. We do not work with any grey markets.

Our orders are prepared and shipped from the Korealy fulfilment centre in Seoul, South Korea. Products ordered together are grouped in a single parcel.

You have a 2-hour window after confirming your order to request a modification or cancellation. After this, your order enters preparation and can no longer be changed. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@bimil.beauty with your order number.

We accept all major bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as payments via Shopify Payments. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

Yes. No banking data is stored on our site. Payment processing is entirely managed by Shopify Payments, certified PCI DSS level 1 — the highest security standard in the industry.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for unopened products in their original packaging. If a product is damaged or incorrect, return shipping is fully covered. For all other returns, return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@bimil.beauty with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on availability.

First, please check whether your order was shipped in multiple parcels (you would have received multiple tracking numbers). If a product is genuinely missing, contact us with your order number and we will resolve it within 48 hours.

Korean skincare reveals its full beauty over time. Most users notice a first improvement in radiance and texture after 2 to 4 weeks of regular use. Effects on fine lines and firmness become clearer over 6 to 8 weeks.

We recommend consulting your doctor or midwife before introducing any new cosmetic product during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Some active ingredients (retinol, high-concentration acids) should be avoided, although they are absent from our current selection.
